Jeebangla Terms & Conditions — Applicable to All Members

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between the Jeebangla platform and all its members. They apply to use of the Jeebangla website, mobile version, and all associated services.

To open an account with Jeebangla, the following conditions must be met:

• Any suspicious activity on your account should be reported to the support team immediately.

By registering an account, you confirm that you are the rightful owner of the information provided and that all details are accurate. Jeebangla may request additional documentation at any time for verification purposes.

The following rules apply to all betting activity on Jeebangla. These terms and conditions apply equally to every bet placed.

• Bet Confirmation: Once a bet is placed, it cannot be cancelled unless Jeebangla cancels it on its own initiative.
• Odds Changes: The odds at the time a bet is placed are final. Any subsequent changes to odds do not apply to previously placed bets.
• Match Cancellation: If a match is cancelled or postponed, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• Result Disputes: In the event of any dispute over a result, Jeebangla's decision shall be final.
• System Error: Jeebangla reserves the right to void any bet recorded at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
• Maximum Bet Limit: A maximum bet amount is set for each market. Any portion of a bet that exceeds this limit will be voided.

In live betting, odds change in real time. Please review the odds carefully before confirming any bet. Jeebangla is not liable for bets that fail to register due to connection issues.

All payment activities on Jeebangla are transparent and secure. The payment process, in accordance with our terms and conditions, is outlined below:

• Deposit Methods: Deposits can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and USDT.
• Minimum Deposit: A minimum deposit of ৳50 is required per transaction.
• Withdrawal Conditions: KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawal Time: Withdrawals are typically processed within 1–24 hours.
• Withdrawal Limits: The maximum daily withdrawal limit is ৳2,00,000.
• Same Method: Withdrawals are generally processed via the same method used for the original deposit.

Jeebangla does not charge any additional fees on transactions. However, your payment gateway or mobile banking provider may apply their own charges, which are beyond Jeebangla's control.

Jeebangla regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotional deals. Please read this section of the Terms & Conditions carefully before claiming any bonus.

• Welcome Bonus: The Welcome Bonus on the first deposit is available to new members only. The same person may not claim this bonus across multiple accounts.
• Wagering Requirement: Each bonus carries specific wagering requirements. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are fully met.
• Bonus Validity: Every bonus offer has a set expiry date. Any bonus not used within this period will be forfeited.
• Bonus Withdrawal Limit: The maximum withdrawal amount from bonus winnings is stated separately for each offer.
• Promo Code: Vouchers and promo codes are subject to their own terms. The same code cannot be used more than once.

Jeebangla reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time. In the event of any dispute regarding bonuses, Jeebangla's decision shall be final.

Jeebangla believes that entertainment should always be safe and responsible. This section of our terms and conditions is something we take particularly seriously.

• Betting and gaming are a form of entertainment — they should not be treated as a source of income.
• Each member has the option to set their own deposit and betting limits.
• If you feel your gaming habits are getting out of control, you can make use of our temporary break or self-exclusion options.
• Jeebangla may also impose restrictions on an account on its own initiative if suspicious activity is detected.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Jeebangla and constitute a serious violation of our Terms and Conditions:

• Multiple Accounts: Creating multiple accounts for the same individual.
• Bonus Abuse: Using multiple accounts or false information to abuse the bonus system.
• Money Laundering: Using the platform for the purpose of money laundering.
• Hacking & Manipulation: Attempting to hack the system, placing automated bets via software, or any form of manipulation.
• Match Fixing: Placing bets with prior knowledge of, or influence over, the outcome of an event.
• Use of Third-Party Accounts: Betting on behalf of another person or under a false identity.
• Abusive Behaviour: Use of threatening or abusive language toward the support team or other members.

If any such activity is detected, Jeebangla may immediately suspend the account and take legal action where applicable.

Jeebangla may close or suspend an account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Any violation of these Terms and Conditions.
• Registering with false or incomplete information.
• Failure to complete KYC verification or rejection of submitted verification.
• Suspicious financial activity or suspected fraud.
• Account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• When a member submits a request to close their own account.

Members may request account closure at any time. Any remaining balance will be returned to the registered payment method, typically within 3–5 business days.

Jeebangla strives to deliver the highest quality of service. However, our liability is limited in certain circumstances:

• Jeebangla is not responsible for any bets lost due to internet disconnection.
• Jeebangla is not responsible for delays or issues caused by third-party payment services.
• Jeebangla is not liable for any account compromise resulting from a member's own negligence.
• No compensation will be provided for temporary service interruptions caused by unforeseen technical issues.

Jeebangla is committed to looking out for the best interests of its members at all times. If any issue arises, our support team will work with you to find a resolution.

Jeebangla reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made:

• Members will be notified via email or SMS in the event of significant changes.
• The effective date of any change will always be clearly stated.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms.
• If you object to any changes, you may request to close your account.
